Overview of Yukimoto Reward Points
The Yukimoto Reward Points (The “Programme”) is designed by Yukimoto Gemstone Sdn. Bhd. to give customers the best benefits as an additional service and means of repayment to customers’ loyal patronage. The Programme is offered to all Yukimoto customers (“Members”) upon purchase. After a customer has completed one (1) purchase with Yukimoto, specifically from one of Yukimoto’s official establishments (such as Yukimoto’s retail stores, and official website yukimoto-official.com), the customer will automatically be enrolled in the Yukimoto Reward Points programme (The “Programme”).
With your continuing purchase and enrolment in The Programme, you agree to be bound by The Programme’s terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) below which govern The Programme. You agree to the T&Cs which may be amended by Yukimoto from time to time.
English is the governing language of these terms and conditions, and shall prevail over any other translations of T&Cs. All documents, images, announcements, posters, data, and descriptions of the T&Cs will be in the English language.
You are advised to read the following terms and conditions carefully as it contains important information regarding The Programme.
Any individual at the age of 18 and above with a purchase record will be automatically signed up for Yukimoto membership and enrolled in the Reward Points Programme upon purchase regardless of nationality. No subscription fee is imposed on the Members for earning points in The Programme.
A one-time registration for membership will be required upon the first-time purchase in any of Yukimoto’s official establishments including Yukimoto’s retail stores, and official website. Membership is limited to one account per individual.
You are required to provide at least the following details for membership registration to earn points:
- Contact number*
*Please note that the sharing of contact numbers is not allowed for The Programme registration. You should not use a contact number that has already been registered for The Programme. Reward Points earned under a different contact number will be keyed into a different account by default.
- Date of Birth (D. O. B.)
Yukimoto Gemstone reserves the final rights to amend or alter any required details, and make any decisions in handling any issues regarding the eligibility for membership in the Reward Points Programme.
Earning of Yukimoto Reward Points
For every Ringgit Malaysia (RM) spent on the merchandise (as per the T&Cs stated) at any Yukimoto retail stores, you will receive two (2) points.
For every Ringgit Malaysia (RM) spent on the merchandise (as per the T&Cs stated), at official online platforms like yukimoto-official.com, you will receive one (1) point.
Points will be credited to the Member’s account based on the specific terms of an additional campaign held as decided by Yukimoto from time to time. Kindly refer to the latest campaign announcement or announcements regarding the calculation of points.
Points accumulated may be redeemed for rewards (“Rewards”) to be determined by Yukimoto at its sole discretion. You may refer to Point Redemption for more T&Cs regarding the redemption of Rewards. Items for redemption are available on all Yukimoto establishments (including Yukimoto’s retail stores and official online platforms like yukimoto-official.com) while stocks last.
However, the merchandise stated below are excluded from point calculation:
- Shipping and or delivery fees
- Gift Cards
- Same Day Delivery fees
- Authenticity Certificates upon request
- Setting fees of jewelries
- Repair fees of jewelries, and
- Items other than Yukimoto jewelry
If a Voucher exists in the purchase, the points earned will be calculated according to the final amount paid after any Voucher or discount was applied.
If any item for which you earned points is returned or exchanged (in accordance with the Refund Policy), the points earned in connection to the particular item will be deducted automatically without prior notice.
Yukimoto Reward Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared. The Rewards Points also cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged or sold.
Yukimoto Gemstone reserves the final rights on decisions regarding any issues pertaining the earning of points, point calculations, and the delay of point crediting and in any case, points cannot be redeemed until they are credited to the Member’s account.
Members with sufficient Reward Points are eligible for point redemption as per implemented by Yukimoto. Members are allowed to use their Reward Points for points redemption via various redemption methods where which T&Cs apply.
Points earned will be deducted from the Member’s account according to the point label of the gift reward or rewards when redemption is made. This action is final and irreversible.
All gift rewards are on a first-come-first-served basis and can only be redeemed while stocks last. Yukimoto holds no responsibility whatsoever to reserve the Rewards for Members.
Gift rewards redeemed are entitled for a 7-day warranty for manufacturing defects for no extra charges. Do note that the variations of natural gemstones’ colors, cuttings, sizes, and shapes are not considered as manufacturing defects. The 7-day period begins after the Member has purchased and received the reward(s). If you require a repair service, you may contact us at email@example.com. Additional fees may incur for said repair service.
Each member is only allowed to redeem a maximum of two(2) units per gift reward items per month..
Yukimoto has the right to keep the quantity of gift reward stocks confidential.
There are two main redemption methods for Members as listed below. Points will be deducted from the Member’s account once the redemption is made.
- In-Store Redemption
For in-store redemption, members are required to be physically present. During the redemption transaction, the Member must verify their identity by giving our attendant(s) their registered membership details. Members are required to bring along their Identification Card or Passport with them upon in-person Reward redemption. Members are also advised to check the conditions of the gift reward as soon as the item is redeemed.
- Online Redemption
In order to protect the Member’s privacy, a few verification steps will be required to prove that the action is done by the Member themself for online redemption. The verification details will include the Member’s registered contact number and email. Thereafter, a one-time-password (OTP) will be sent to the Member’s registered number or email for verification purposes. Please note that shipping fees incurred will be borne by Members. Once Members have received the Reward(s), they are to notify Yukimoto should there be any manufacturing issues with the Reward(s) within 7 days after parcel containing the Reward(s) is received. If Members notify Yukimoto after the 7-day period, Yukimoto shall not be liable or responsible to refund or exchange any Reward item that might have a manufacturing issue.
To ensure your safety, please note that all issues pertaining to points and membership can only be checked or done via Yukimoto’s official sites, including Yukimoto’s official retail stores and official online platforms or via firstname.lastname@example.org ONLY.
Members are advised to examine the redeemed gift reward as soon as it is received so that Members may be entitled to a free service to settle any possible manufacturing defects within 7 days. Yukimoto shall not be responsible or liable for the condition of the gift reward, whether faulty or damaged, once the item has been fully redeemed by the Member.
Gift reward redemption can be made in any of Yukimoto’s retail stores, unless the particular gift reward is only available in selected Yukimoto stores as stated in the reward launching announcement(s). Kindly refer to the reward launching announcement(s) or contact us at email@example.com for more details. Do note that the gift reward redemption will be based on inventory availability at selected retail stores.
Yukimoto reserves the final rights on the decisions regarding availability and issues regarding the gift rewards in The Programme.
Every Yukimoto Member will automatically be entitled to double points during their birthday month (as stated during registration). The Birthday Reward is available for the Member’s one-time use only in a single purchase and receipt within the Member’s birthday month.
During the Member’s birthday month, for every Ringgit Malaysia (RM) spent on the merchandise (as per the T&Cs stated) at any Yukimoto retail stores, Members will receive three (3) points instead of two (2) points on one (1) of their purchases ONLY. Members may claim this Reward in-store by informing the Yukimoto consultant after a successful payment on-the-spot ONCE.
For every Ringgit Malaysia (RM) spent on the merchandise (as per the T&Cs stated) at yukimoto-official.com or Yukimoto’s other online platform(s), Members will receive two (2) points instead of one (1) point on one (1) of their purchases during their birthday month ONLY. To claim this one-time Reward, Members are to notify Yukimoto’s customer service of their wishes to claim their Reward within 24 hours of receiving the invoice of their transaction.
Products with the first launching price are not entitled to the double points Reward during Members’ birthday month.
For Reward Points, the earned points will be calculated according to the final amount paid by the Member after any voucher and or discount was applied.
The following terms and conditions apply to the redemption and use of all kinds of vouchers (“Vouchers”) distributed by Yukimoto.
Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash and once the Voucher redemption has been made, the action is irreversible.
All Vouchers are eligible for single use only. Yukimoto reserves the right to void any Voucher that is suspected of improper use or origin.
Yukimoto reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of Vouchers for any reason when deemed necessary, including:
- Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or Voucher use;
- Voucher abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; or
- Improper use of Voucher (including resold Vouchers)
Yukimoto will not be responsible or required to offer any replacement of vouchers, Reward Points, promotion(s) and or provide any compensation to Members for:
- Canceled or discontinued Vouchers
- Improper use or inability to redeem any commodity (including gift rewards) due to changes made or a requirement of a campaign that was not met etc., and
- Expired Vouchers
Vouchers are not valid during any special sale or in conjunction with the application of other Vouchers. Only one (1) voucher can be used in a single receipt.
Voucher validity is limited in time according to the expiry date and specific terms and conditions stated on the Voucher or in the campaign itself.
Yukimoto reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions above or cancel any special rewards or campaign(s) from time to time with no prior notice.
Gift Card - A Cash Voucher of MYR 799
The following terms and conditions apply to the redemption and use of Gift Card - A Cash Voucher of MYR 799 distributed by Yukimoto.
- The voucher can only be applied to the original price of the item.
- The voucher can only be applied to products that have been launched for more than 6 months.
- The voucher can only be used by the account holder themselves and is non-transferable.
- Only ONE (1) voucher can be used for ONE (1) transaction. Vouchers may not be stacked.
- Once redeemed, the voucher MUST be used on the spot.
- The voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
- Selected bangles may be redeemed with the voucher. Please refer to customer service for more details.
Additional Rewards from a Campaign or Campaigns
Additional Rewards may be given to members involved in a special campaign or special campaigns organized by Yukimoto in accordance with specific terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) governing the campaign.
Members are bound to the campaign T&Cs which might be altered from time to time.
Yukimoto reserves the right to make final decisions regarding any issues pertaining to the terms and conditions as well as Rewards of the campaign(s) implemented.
Yukimoto Reward Points Balance
Your membership point balance is stated in every invoice and official receipt. Members can always check their Reward Points balance with our attendants at official retail stores or online. You may also do so by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A verification step will be required before the information is given to the Member.
Yukimoto Rewards Expiration
Yukimoto Reward Points will expire within 12 months according to the time frame given. Members agree to adhere strictly to the T&Cs where which Reward Points earned from 02 Nov 2022 onwards will only be valid until 01 Nov 2023.
If a Member did not redeem the Reward or Rewards within the time frame given, the points will still be forfeited when the time frame ends.
Yukimoto holds no responsibility to issue any notice of expiry of the Reward Points to Members.
There shall be no extension of the validity of points. Yukimoto reserves the right to deal with expired Yukimoto Reward Points in a manner or manners as it deems fit at its absolute discretion. Members shall have no claim whatsoever against Yukimoto for any expired Yukimoto Reward Points.
Refunds & Returns
If any item for which you earned points is returned or exchanged (in accordance with the Refund Policy), the points earned in connection to the particular item will be deducted automatically without notice.
If a Voucher exists in the purchase that is to be refunded, the point balance will be altered according to the new amount paid by the Member. In this situation, the particular Voucher can still be used in future purchases as long as the Voucher is still eligible for use. Yukimoto reserves the right to decide the validity of Vouchers after merchandise is returned.
Regarding the redemption of point rewards, no return of points after the redemption of Rewards will be made. Any processes involving Reward redemption are final and irreversible.
Yukimoto Gemstone reserves the final rights on decisions on any issues regarding the deduction or return of points in a particular situation or situations.
Reward Points Adjustment
Yukimoto may adjust the Reward Points balance in a Member’s membership account given the following circumstances without notifying the Member prior:
- Any points or transactions recorded in error
- Any points related to a canceled transaction
- Any points related to a transaction involving a refund or exchange of product or products
Yukimoto reserves the right to adjust the balance of Reward Points in a Member’s account without prior notice when deemed necessary.
Transfer of Yukimoto Reward Points
Yukimoto Reward Points are non-transferable between Members.
Yukimoto is responsible for protecting Members’ personal information according to current applicable laws, regulations, and rules. This includes the collection, disclosure, statement(s), and privacy of Members’ personal information collected by Yukimoto through proper channels. Besides, Yukimoto may ask for additional information to improve its service and Members’ benefits, as well as to provide more benefits and Rewards for Members. Yukimoto may collect other information through its database to analyze Members’ activity in The Programme in the forms of telemarketing or surveys subjected to Members’ consent.
Suspension and Termination of a Membership Account
Yukimoto may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Reward Points Programme and or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward.
Yukimoto may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Member’s participation in The Programme for breach of these Reward Points’ Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of The Programme.
Yukimoto reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of The Programme if Yukimoto deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following:
(a) acting in violation of the Rewards’ Terms and Conditions; or
(b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or Site; or
(c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person(s); or
(d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or
(e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Yukimoto to be generally inconsistent with the intended purposes of The Programme.
Any decision Yukimoto makes or has made relating to termination or suspension of any member’s participation in The Programme shall be final and binding in all aspects. Yukimoto shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of the intent of any Rewards, Terms and Conditions as well as The Programme.
